With a passion for empowering young people to fulfil their potential and a commitment to making a positive impact in the communities she works within, Youth coach Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her youth coaching and mental health first aid training through Mental Health First Aid England.

As a specialist and qualified youth coach since 2002, she has dedicated herself to helping young people (aged 10-25) to unlock their potential and achieve their dreams.

Her coaching approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each young client. Over the years, Youth coach Liz has had the privilege of working with a variety of young clients in school and in private coaching practice both in person and online.

Youth coach Liz’s coaching is child-centred, ensuring a safe and trustworthy adult presence for young people. She supports them in diverse areas of their lives, including academic work, exam and revision strategies, managing friendships, coping with relationship breakups, handling changes at home such as new stepfamilies, relocating or changing schools, navigating parental divorce, addressing anger issues and low self-esteem, developing self-care routines, improving sleep habits, and much more. Indemnity insurance held and subscribes to the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) annual update service.
